Cookie Policy

Last updated: 11 August 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how FINSIMCO LTD (“Finsimco”) uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle personal information more generally.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They can help a website remember choices and, where you consent, help us understand how the website is used.

2. How analytics and consent work

Essential cookie. We use one essential cookie to remember your cookie choice and the version of this policy that applied when you made it. This cookie does not track your browsing for analytics.

Google Analytics. The Google tag loads with analytics storage denied before you make a choice. It may send cookieless measurements for limited aggregate reporting, but it does not read or write Google Analytics cookies unless you accept analytics. If you accept, analytics storage is enabled and Google Analytics cookies may be set. Google Analytics helps us measure page visits, navigation, device and browser categories, approximate country-level location, and conversions so we can improve the website.

PostHog. PostHog loads before you make a choice in cookieless mode. In this state it sends page and interaction events without setting PostHog cookies or browser storage; PostHog derives a rotating daily identifier on its servers for aggregate measurement, and session replay is off. Request IP and browser or device metadata may support approximate location and aggregate reporting. If you accept analytics, PostHog may use exact-host browser storage for analytics, heatmaps, and session replay. All input values and text inside forms are masked in the browser before replay data is sent. Console logs, exceptions, surveys, and network payloads and headers are not recorded.

Advertising storage remains denied regardless of your choice.

Google Analytics cookie names use a site-specific prefix. PostHog browser storage names use a project-specific suffix. The patterns below describe both development and production names without exposing property or project identifiers.

3. Your choices

When you first visit our website, the cookie banner lets you accept or reject analytics. Rejecting analytics does not affect your use of the website.

You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings button in the website footer, which reopens the banner. If you reject or withdraw consent, analytics storage is denied and existing analytics cookies set by this website are removed.

You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking the essential consent cookie means we may need to ask for your choice again.

4. Changes to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time, for example if the cookies or analytics services we use change. The latest version will always be available on our website.
