Simulation Overview

The Mergers and Acquisitions Simulation is a highly realistic simulation crafted by investment bankers. It accurately replicates real-life discussions between buyers and sellers in an acquisition.

Participants navigate the intricacies of deal-making, from analysis to closing. They engage in due diligence, valuation, negotiation, and structuring terms to align with strategic objectives and financial considerations.

This multiplayer simulation emphasizes critical thinking, negotiation skills, and strategic alignment. Participants are evaluated based on their ability to secure a deal that meets their party's strategic and financial goals.
