It all began at Morgan Stanley, where the idea emerged to create a gamified platform that immerses participants in key financial transactions, empowering them to truly understand finance and the motivations of all parties involved.
Bankers from across the firm contributed to optimize the experience, ensuring it was as realistic as possible. After several iterations, the result was a platform that exceeded expectations and received excellent user feedback. Now operating independently with VC backing, Finsimco's focus is on growing finance education through gamification and simulation training, securing an engaging, practical eLearning experience.

The goal is to gamify core finance experiences to the fullest extent possible. These gamified experiences are then transformed into authentic, real-world financial simulations with a serious, professional focus.
Creating a seamlessly running simulation requires hundreds of hours dedicated to game design, content development, coding, testing, and refining. To date, more than 10 simulations have been launched, each tailored to distinct Financial Services areas with unique modules.
Finsimco's aim is to empower users with the best possible immersive experience. Significant investment is made in product development to ensure the gamified simulations are equipped with the latest advancements, making them robust, responsive, and authentically reflective of real-world financial complexities.
Simulations are updated every quarter, integrating the latest market dynamics, regulations, and insights from the user community. Full transparency with the technology is maintained to empower and educate institutions in adopting this gamified approach.
Participants are immersed in "on-the-job" high-pressure transactions and deal flows. These simulations empower learners to grasp the big picture of Financial Services and experience what it’s truly like to work in the field.
The simulation experience is intense, immersing participants in high-pressure Financial Services transactions and deal flows.
The combination of team-based and candidate-only challenges provides powerful insights into whether candidates will perform well "on the job." This allows employers to take job applicants on a test drive before hiring them.
